How long do we need to set up & serve?

Every event is slightly different and our set up time is dependent on how many guests you have, but as a standard we usually like to arrive 1.5 to 2 hours before the start of service. We then like to allow an hour per 60 guests for a more relaxed service but we can serve up to 100 per hour if a faster service is required.

Can we cater for allergies?

We can easily cater for any dietary requirement you or your guests may have. All of our food is vegetarian but if necessary we can provide an entirely vegan menu. We can also easily cater for gluten free.

What do we need on the day?

To run an extra deep fryer and therefore ensure a fast, efficient service all that we ask for is access to 1 or 2 standard 13amp electrical sockets. If there are none available however we can bring our generator along.

How to pay/secure your booking?

ll we need is a 25% deposit to secure your booking, with the remainder being payable two weeks before your event date. Once the initial deposit has been paid and the quote has been confirmed it can no longer be reduced.

How many portions can you do?

We can do a maximum of 100 portions in an hour for up to 7 hours.

Do you have a minimum spend?

We do usually have a minimum spend of £600 though depending on the date and distance of your event we may be able to negotiate this.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

If booked through us directly unfortunately the 25% deposit is non-refundable within 6 months of your event date and the balance once it is due is non-refundable. This is mainly because of the difficulty of finding a replacement event on short notice. If we were to cancel for any reason you would of course be refunded 100% of what you have already paid.
